This past weekend Jimmy and I (Cate) had the pleasure of playing with Richard Andrew at Stand and Be Counted in Vacaville. Can I just say: WOW. Not only are Jimmy and Cate (me) getting married in late June, Richard Andrew has asked that both Jimmy and I be with them (his band) at Stand Up and Be Counted in Vacaville, and at Spirit West Coast in Southern California (on the Main Stage @Noon, Sunday the 24th). Easter, 4/12/09

Happy Easter. What a wonderful day! Today, our Savior was celebrated for what He did on the cross, across the world. Today, more people than on almost any other day of the year attended a service to hear tthe Word of God, and why He did what He did. Today, some newly decided to receive that gift. (Hallelujah!) Jimmy & I had a wonderful weekend last week with Richard, going to Highland and Hisperia to minister. Thanks to all that came! Sean came back last Thursday, and shared some wonderful pics & videos of his time in Kenya (to be posted once we have them together). NAME CHANGE: we are now "Mercy Road Music"

Hiya, We've decided to change our name, due to a surprising number of groups already calling themselves "Mercy Road" (just on MySpace, there were 4. Oh, we also have a MySpace page now, too: http://www.myspace.com/mercyroad). UPDATED: Background: Mercy Road Music, now with nicknames!

Tested Again!

Just this week I have been tested again!. Thursday I went to work, clocked in went to my post. Noticed that not all material was in place so I went to where we keep them. When I noticed a large sign in my way. Not thinking anything about it I pushed it out of the way. Then grabed the fliers. I turned and felt pain on my chin. I looked down and I had a big cut on my chin. The sign had cut my leg.
